Meet Your Coach: Deme Rogers

With over 20 years of experience, Deme Rogers lives and breathes soccer. His journey has taken him from a young recreational player in Opelika to a high school varsity captain, a collegiate athlete, and ultimately a state championship-winning coach.

At PACE was built on his passion for developing players and helping them find the same love for the game that has driven him his entire life.

Experience & Philosophy

• Playing Career: Lifelong player with experience at the rec, club, high school varsity (captain), and collegiate levels.
• Coaching Career: State Championship-winning coach with deep experience developing players at multiple levels.
• Our Philosophy: To create a positive and challenging environment where players can build the P.A.C.E. (Purpose, Accountability, Consistency, Effort) needed to succeed on and off the field.
